November 2007 Music Review

Praise God from whom all blessings flow. We have come to a special time of the year. A time we set aside to give thanks for life’s richest blessings. This month I am please to share with you some music that will help to usher in a spirit of thanksgiving.

Our first CD is the much anticipated new project from Kingdom Records recording artists Shekinah Glory Ministries entitled “Jesus.” The two disc project is well worth the wait. On CD one I especially enjoyed the high spirited track “Stomp.” The second CD is a complete praise and worship experience that will soothe your spirit like never before. The title track “Jesus” is simply Awesome! This musical experience is an excellent gift idea and a great way to share the glory of God with your loved ones.

Our second CD is also a Kingdom Records recording. Phil Tarver offers the project “Draw Nearer.” I highly recommend this CD. Phil Tarver is a true worshipper. The music, the lyrics, the presence, The CD will bless you.
In keeping with the spirit of Thanksgiving our next CD is also a worship experience. “When Women Worship- featuring Mary Alessi and Friends” was recorded on Miami Life Sounds Records. These live recording features the voices of Martha Munizzi, Da’dra Crawford Greathouse, and Ingrid Rosario just to name a few. Great things can happen when women worship.

This month I present our Local Artist of the Month: Jason Hendrickson and NuSoundz. Their CD entitled “Let Your Mercies” is an inspirational project. The title track is beautiful. Jason Hendrickson is a talented Minister of Music who is on fire for the Lord. Check out CDbaby.com for more information. Jason Hendrickson and NuSoundz, catch the rising star!
