Praise God from whom all blessings flow! Its Mother’s Day, a great time to reflect on special times with your mom or the mother figure in your life. Be sure to tell your mom how much she means to you every time you have a chance. If your mom is no longer with you, always cherish her memory in your heart. When I look back over my life and the role my mom has played I feel so blessed.  Momma Mazie, this one is for you!

A mother is God’s gift to the earth. Her job is to love us, nurture us, comfort us, correct us, discipline us, laugh with us, cry with us, wipe away our tears, calm our fears and pray for God’s grace upon us always.

A mother is like a precious rare jewel, her beauty sparkles from within.

A mother loves unconditionally and you know she will always have your back.

A mother is devoted and you can feel her affection for you in every deed.

A mother will see the face of her child and her eyes will light with joy.

A mother will make sacrifices for her family to do what needs to be done.

A mother will live her life as an example of Christian love, faith, strength and dignity.

A mother is one of God’s greatest gifts to the earth.
