Embrace the NEW

Praise God from whom all blessings flow. A couple of weeks have passed as we celebrate the beginning of 2008. So far I have been tremendously blessed; however my happiness has a price attached; a sacrifice. I have discovered that in order for you to move forward with your new beginning you have to let go of the past. Letting go is the hard part.

I did a self inventory and realized there were some loose ends hanging from the past. In order to embrace my new beginning I had to cut the loose ends. Sometimes you have to let go of an idea. Sometimes you have to let go of a relationship that is no longer good for you. Sometimes you have to let go of people you thought would never leave. Sometimes you have to just trust God and let go. I know letting go can be painful but just like surgery it is necessary to cut before the healing can begin.

EMBRACE YOUR NEW BEGINNING!
